● Secure and flexible payments

To protect Buyers and Freelancers alike, we provide a secure and flexible payment system whether you use our credit system, paypal, credit/debit card, Apple pay, Google pay etc. All the payments must be handled and proceed though Badiofreelance. Any payment that has been processed outside of Badiofreelance, we cannot provide any assistance. We release payments only if the work is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the work.

B. For Sellers

Post a service offer in accordance with your skills. Be as specific as possible so your clients will know upfront exactly what they are getting for the money they are paying. A buyer might ask for extra samples of your work before hiring you, make sure to always send files through our communication system with suitable watermarks or in low resolution.

● Payment

To protect Buyers and freelancers alike, we provide a payment system. The Seller will be notified of any new order placed. Do not ask for payment outside of Badiofreelance. All the payments must be handled and proceed through Badiofreelance. Any payment that has been processed outside of Badiofreelance, we cannot provide any assistance. Fund is released only after the buyer accepts the delivery and marks the project completed. Always start the work after the buyer places the order.

● Keep communications in our built-in Workplace

Our communication system allows you to safely message, feedback, exchange files and inquiries regarding a project. You can report a message anytime by clicking the report flag icon. The Workplace is a tool to keep track of all communications connected with a particular project including any requirement such as delivery and timeline. If there is any confusion you can raise a dispute through the resolution center or by contacting the support. In the unlikely event that you need support to resolve a dispute, the Workplace is used as the main indisputable evidence to determine a fair outcome.

Avoid exchanging personal informations

Avoid exchanging personal contact details as much as possible, particularly before a proposal has been accepted or an Offer has been purchased. Never share your bank details, forms of identity nor address details with anyone you “meet” whether online or in person unless it’s for in demand services. Do not provide a contract or any kind of legal document outside of Badiofreelance if a buyer requires it. Remember you can communicate fully in our built-in Workplace including exchanging files and even share samples of your work via your Portfolio, and all payments must be handled and proceed by Badiofreelance. If you encounter anything inappropriate in our platform please report it to us as soon as you can, so that our dedicated support team can take appropriate measures on time.
